ಧಾರವಾಡ ಹೈಕೋರ್ಟ್ ಬಳಿ “ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಲೀಕ್” ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿಗ್ ಟ್ವಿಸ್ಟ್….

ಧಾರವಾಡ: ಸುಮಾರು ಹದಿನೆಂಟು ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿ ಬಂದ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ಅಪಘಾತಪಡಿಸಿ, ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಲೀಕ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಕರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಗರಗ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಎರಡು ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್‌ಗಳನ್ನ ಹಾಕಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಗ್ಯಾಸ್ ಲೀಕ್ ಆಗಿದ್ದ ಟ್ಯಾಂಕರ್ ಚಾಲಕನ ಮೇಲೆ ಸ್ವಮೋಟೋ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ದಾಖಲು ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಆಪಾದಿತ ಚಾಲಕ ಯಾರೂ ಎಂಬುದೇ ಪೊಲೀಸರಿಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂವರೆಗೂ ತಿಳಿದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಚಾಲಕನ ಮೇಲೆ ಎರಡು ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್‌ಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರು ದಾಖಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆ ಎರಡು ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್‌ಗಳ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ಇಲ್ಲಿದೆ ನೋಡಿ.

Under Sub-Section 134 r/w Section 187
When someone is injured, or any third-party property is damaged in a motor vehicle accident, the driver or the person in charge of the vehicle is punishable if they: Do not provide medical aid to the victim of the accident.
